By accessing or using Gantz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Gantz is a platform that enables users to create MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers from REST APIs. The Service allows you to connect APIs to AI assistants like Claude, GPT, and Gemini.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service to build competing products

5. API and Third-Party Services

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect third-party APIs to our Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services you connect.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gantz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gantz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the portal. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
